
Alexandra Morgan Carrasco (American professional soccer player) is a striker. She is also the captain of San Diego Wave FC of National Women's Soccer League, the top division of professional soccer for women. From 2018 to 2020, she served as co-captain for the US women's national soccer team alongside Megan Rapinoe. [8][9The 8-year-old Morgan was chosen by the Western New York Flash at number one in the 2011 WPS Draft. She had graduated from Berkeley early. Morgan also played for California Golden Bears. Morgan made her debut as a professional at the club and helped the team win its league championship. Morgan was 22 years old at the time and the youngest player on the national team for the FIFA Women's World Cup 2011. The team came in second. At the 2012 London Olympics, she scored the game-winning goal in the 123rd minute of the semi-final game against Canada.
